Manages strategic AC Power and Switchgear accounts for data center customers, including contractors, consultants, and owners. Develops account plans, identifies opportunities, negotiates solutions, configures and quotes products, manages orders, and achieves sales quotas. Builds executive relationships, expands pipelines, supports cross-selling, resolves complex customer issues, and leads continuous improvement and coaching across the territory. The role requires 50% travel for customer and site visits.

Leads AC Power and Switchgear sales across a territory, managing strategic accounts, developing pursuit plans, negotiating opportunities, and achieving sales quotas. Builds executive-level customer relationships, identifies cross-selling opportunities, manages orders through fulfillment, resolves complex issues, and maintains a qualified pipeline. Visits customer sites, interprets requirements, supports data center solutions, coaches sales teammates, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise field service engineers and technicians while leading complex electrical testing, troubleshooting, inspections, commissioning, power surveys, and turnkey projects. Manage estimating, proposals, scheduling, reporting, billing, client interfaces, and business development. Perform testing on electrical apparatus, switchgear, substations, generators, UPS systems, and control systems through 500-kV class. Develop new inspection methods, ensure compliance with electrical standards, and oversee large-scale projects requiring extensive travel and flexible hours.
