Perform testing on electrical apparatus, switchgear, substations, generators, UPS systems, and control systems through 500-kV class. Develop new inspection methods, ensure compliance with electrical standards, and oversee large-scale projects requiring extensive travel and flexible hours.

Field-facing technical sales role supporting rack and row data center solutions. Conduct site walks, assess white space and power needs, develop technical specifications and pricing, support proposal and sales cycles, collaborate with regional sales, consultants, contractors and internal teams, and provide product education. Maintain pipeline, identify competitive opportunities, and support demos, trade shows, and training.

Perform acceptance, commissioning, maintenance, and diagnostic testing on electrical power systems up to 500kV. Conduct power system studies, protective relay testing, insulation and contact resistance testing, troubleshooting, and engineering report preparation. Mentor junior technicians, lead multidisciplinary projects, and ensure compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards. The role requires extensive regional and national travel.

Leads technical issues, platform support, and application maintenance for Engineering Centers of Excellence. Serves as the primary contact for high-priority internal and external technical issues, coordinates technical execution, advises EHS on safety matters, develops technical training, communicates technical updates, and represents the organization at industry meetings. The role is primarily back-office with travel as needed.

Lead on-site construction, start-up, commissioning, and site acceptance testing for large data center power/thermal projects. Manage multi-disciplinary crews and subcontractors, ensure safety and schedule adherence, provide daily reporting, customer communication, and administrative compliance throughout long-duration projects.

Perform acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance testing on medium/high-voltage electrical systems up to 500kV. Conduct power system studies, test and calibrate protective relays, perform insulation and contact resistance testing, analyze results and author reports, troubleshoot system failures, mentor Level I/II technicians, lead multi-discipline projects, and maintain compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.

Support mechanical engineering team in CAD modeling, FEA, tolerance analysis, and prototype validation for rack- and row-based data center infrastructure. Create manufacturing-ready drawings, support BOM and lab testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout new product development.

Deploys, configures, supports, and troubleshoots SiteScan, WebControl, Ignition, and Environet monitoring solutions. Installs software for customers, manages equipment data, assists with project scoping, licensing, upgrades, templates, testing, and release development. Provides domestic and international technical support, maintains documentation, resolves field issues, and collaborates with sales, product management, and engineering teams. Requires expertise in monitoring systems, networking, databases, operating systems, industrial protocols, and customer-facing technical support.

Provide technical sales support for Vertiv 3-phase AC power solutions to GSA accounts by responding to RFPs/RFQs, reviewing specifications and electrical drawings, creating concept power architectures and single-line diagrams, sizing batteries, supporting account managers in customer engagements, and contributing to proposals, product feedback, and mentoring.

Support electrical design, build and test prototypes, perform power distribution and load calculations, document test results and schematics, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers, and learn industry compliance and system-level electrical architecture in a lab environment.

Leads technical sales and strategic account management for global hyperscale customers focused on low- and medium-voltage switchgear. Develops account growth strategies, builds executive and technical relationships, influences customer specifications, expands share of wallet, and coordinates sales, engineering, product, service, and regional teams. Drives complex transactions, customer commitments, forecasting, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional execution while mentoring talent and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Supports sales of Vertiv’s three-phase AC power products through technical proposal development, RFP and electrical drawing review, equipment configuration, power architecture design, battery sizing, and customer design reviews. Provides technical guidance to sales teams and key accounts, supports budgeting and specifications, leads customer communications, participates in factory visits and product development, and mentors junior team members. The role requires 25–50% domestic travel.

Lead systems architect responsible for defining, integrating, and validating end-to-end data center power and infrastructure architectures. Drive technical decisions, alignment across product lines, customer interactions, trade studies, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Lead Vertiv's liquid cooling fluid management and service operations: standardize procedures, build scopes and proposals with chemical suppliers, coordinate field implementation, resolve technical remediation, support KPI reporting, and improve service delivery for direct-to-chip cooling.
