Develop and support Salesforce integrations connecting internal applications, vendors, and business partners. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and API-based solutions; design error handling, retries, reconciliation, monitoring, and documentation. Own integration delivery from scoping through ongoing support, reduce technical debt, improve performance and testability, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. The role supports merchant onboarding, transaction processing, billing, and payment-related workflows.

Own and expand a portfolio of complex B2B SaaS customer accounts, including multi-entity and PE-backed organizations. Build executive relationships, identify expansion opportunities, lead qualification through negotiation and close, and coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Implementation teams. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts while advising customers on payments and accounts receivable automation that improves efficiency and cash flow.

Leads the enterprise Talent Acquisition function, recruiting strategy, team, hiring standards, executive searches, pipelines, and quality-of-hire initiatives. Partners with the CPO, CEO, executives, and business leaders on workforce planning, market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent decisions. Uses data, AI, and automation to improve recruiting efficiency and decision quality while coaching the recruiting team and supporting scalable growth.
