Develops and manages relationships with independent and franchise auto dealerships across an assigned region. Promotes vehicle financing solutions, generates new dealer leads, manages the sales pipeline, supports dealership quotas, and educates partners on offerings. The role requires extensive regional travel, outside sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and at least two years of auto lending or automotive sales experience.

Resolves charged-off auto loan accounts through payment and settlement negotiations, inbound and outbound customer calls, skip tracing, asset searches, and recommendations for legal action. Coordinates approved legal proceedings with in-house counsel while complying with applicable collections regulations. Requires extensive collections experience, including charged-off accounts, strong communication and negotiation skills, professionalism, independent judgment, flexibility, and a high school diploma or GED.

Provides day-to-day administration, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and support for enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, servers, storage, VoIP, cloud services, and business-critical applications. Manages Microsoft and Azure environments, hybrid identity, virtualization, cloud migrations, security policies, and data center operations. Supports infrastructure projects, evaluates technical solutions, troubleshoots systems, and maintains performance and reliability across corporate and data center networks.
