Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vercel’s Dashboard, evolving it into a personalized, agent-powered control plane. Define agent interactions, proactive insights, information architecture, and cross-product design patterns. Partner with engineering and product teams to optimize performance and consistency, while running experiments and analyzing onboarding, adoption, and engagement metrics. The role requires experience building developer-facing dashboard or control-plane products, with strong product design, analytics, and AI perspectives.

Lead the architecture and development of Vercel’s next-generation data platform, supporting batch and real-time integrations, analytics, data warehousing, and AI/ML workloads. Design scalable systems using Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake; establish data governance and security standards; guide architectural decisions and roadmaps; collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and leadership teams; write production code; and mentor engineers.

Own product design and frontend implementation for Vercel’s AI Gateway across the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs. Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into understandable, accessible, high-performance experiences. Work directly with customers, product managers, and engineers to research problems, ship production-quality solutions, and improve them after launch. Use React, TypeScript, product data, customer feedback, and coding agents while maintaining responsibility for quality, testing, debugging, and resilience.
