Owns post-sale relationships for strategic, global, and park-level accounts, leading client satisfaction, service escalations, renewals, retention, cross-selling, and revenue growth. The role coordinates Sales, Operations, Field Services, Product, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership; manages account health and contract obligations; leads client reviews; and coaches the Client Services team. Approximately 50% travel is required, with heavier travel during the initial months.
