Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new business, matter openings, client updates, and lateral hires. Conduct in-depth research using internal systems and external databases, draft waivers and ethical screens, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, advise attorneys and leadership on ethics and risk, maintain conflicts data and processes, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours conflict checks.
