Provide commercial legal support to global sales: draft, review and negotiate SaaS/software/channel agreements; advise on privacy, risk, and compliance; develop templates, playbooks, and training; partner with Sales and Deal Desk to resolve issues and escalate complex matters.

Provide pragmatic legal advice and lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements (SaaS, BaaS, services, channel). Partner with Sales, Deal Desk and operations to identify and mitigate legal, privacy, regulatory and commercial risks, improve contract playbooks and processes, and deliver training to support global sales transactions.

Lead and develop a team of enterprise systems engineers supporting strategic accounts. Align sales, engineering, alliances, and product around unified technical and go-to-market plans. Drive technical strategy across data resilience, cyber recovery, cloud, security, and AI initiatives. Represent Veeam in executive engagements and ensure operational excellence and customer outcomes.
