Build integrations, automations, data pipelines, classifiers, and agent workflows; configure Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure; troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues; translate security, privacy, governance, and AI objectives into technical solutions; and lead customer technical sessions while partnering with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering.

Conduct technical discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and migration planning. Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, resources, communications, change management, documentation, KPIs, risk mitigation, and executive reporting to ensure successful program delivery with minimal business disruption.

Leads revenue intelligence operations supporting Marketing through executive reporting, forecasting, KPI governance, data quality, automation, and performance insights. The role develops marketing and SDR forecasting models, owns scorecards, improves reporting infrastructure, and translates pipeline, funnel, and ROI data into recommendations for senior leadership. It partners with Finance, Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and SDR teams while mentoring analysts and driving cross-functional reporting standards.
