Manage US federal, state, and local tax compliance and ASC 740 provisions for a multi-entity group. Prepare and review consolidated tax returns, estimated payments, ETR reconciliation, FIN 48, deferred tax analysis, and support audits, SOX controls, transfer pricing, and tax planning across international operations.

Lead Legal Operations to scale intake, contracting, matter management, and reporting. Administer the CLM and matter management systems, define KPIs/dashboards, drive process improvements, manage vendor and outside counsel workflows, support budget planning, create knowledge resources, and train stakeholders to improve Legal team efficiency and stakeholder experience.
