As Director of Network Operations, you will oversee operational management, process development, employee training, and financial performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and strategic growth.

Support complex accounts and the National Account Manager by processing proposals/contracts, creating quotes and billing accounts in D365 and Mastermind, maintaining customer profiles, managing project and sales workflows, performing billing research and audits, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring Level 1 sales assistants. Requires attention to detail, data management, multitasking, and strong customer-service skills.
