Conduct OT asset inventories, risk assessments, and IEC 62443/NIST CSF gap analyses. Design zero-trust architectures, zones, conduits, DMZs, and IT/OT firewall rules. Implement secure vendor and engineer remote access, deploy OT monitoring tools, develop incident response playbooks, and train plant staff while protecting live industrial systems.

Designs and installs industrial IoT data layers for legacy machinery. Responsibilities include assessing equipment, designing sensor, PLC, and edge architectures, integrating PLC/SCADA systems, deploying gateways, installing industrial sensors, configuring device-to-cloud protocols, and producing as-built drawings, I/O lists, and commissioning reports. The role requires hands-on brownfield automation integration experience and work on live production floors.

Build and operate end-to-end machine learning platforms for maritime defense manufacturing. Responsibilities include training and deployment, model serving across cloud, edge, and factory environments, AI workflow development with human review, PLM/MES/ERP integration, governance, drift monitoring, and on-call support.

Build and operate machine-learning training and dataset infrastructure for autonomous perception systems. Responsibilities include multi-sensor data indexing, developer tools and SDKs, frontier-model applications for data curation and synthetic data, training-job and evaluation tracking, and model versioning. The role requires strong Python, distributed training experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and Kubernetes-based workflow orchestration. Rust, experiment tracking, and production-scale model deployment are additional advantages.

Leads supply chain strategy for scaling defense hardware programs, including industrial-capacity planning, sourcing, supplier performance, continuity, quality, cost, and risk reduction. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, business development, and supply chain leaders; manages buyers, planners, and sourcing engineers; establishes KPIs; and supports ERP and supplier-portal implementations.

Owns global deployment operations for hardware and software systems, including shipment, installation, support, and return. Coordinates engineering, growth, and technical operations teams; develops deployment plans; communicates with leaders and government customers; leads operations and logistics staff; and improves processes using JIRA, NetSuite, and Slack.

Build and lead a product sourcing engineering and subcontract management team for high-rate air-vehicle production. Establish supply strategies for continuity, quality, cost, and scale; negotiate supplier agreements; resolve cross-functional trade-offs; reduce bill-of-materials complexity and supplier count; and manage capital spending, new product introduction, and tariff exposure.

Leads supplier industrialization for machined and fabricated mechanical parts, moving products from prototype through full-rate production. Responsibilities include qualifying suppliers, establishing tooling and production lines, ramping capacity, conducting statistical process control reviews, and resolving corrective actions. The role also includes demand and supply planning, inventory management, sales and operations planning, forecast alignment, and maintaining MRP data for defense product lines.
