Oversee daily operations of a veterinary hospital, partnering with the Medical Director to achieve operational goals and quality-care standards. Lead, hire, coach, and develop hospital teams; manage budgeting, finances, KPIs, compliance, facility maintenance, client service, and business growth. Foster a collaborative, compassionate workplace while supporting patient care and client satisfaction.

Owns and optimizes multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across the candidate journey. Responsibilities include CRM segmentation and nurture campaigns, career-site and CMS management, content development, paid and organic media, funnel measurement, reporting, ROI analysis, stakeholder presentations, and recruiter enablement. Partners with Talent Acquisition teams to address hiring needs and coordinates campaigns, events, platforms, vendors, and candidate-facing digital touchpoints.

Leads strategy, operating models, deployment, and continuous improvement for hybrid and virtual veterinary care channels. Develops playbooks, workflows, implementation tools, KPIs, dashboards, and adoption routines; identifies growth and access opportunities; supports pilots and scaled deployments; and translates field feedback and performance data into operational improvements. Partners across medical, hospital, field, technology, finance, client, and support functions to improve care access, client and associate experience, hospital productivity, and operational sustainability.
