The role improves consistency and operational effectiveness without owning direct field execution.

Develops statistical and machine-learning models for pricing, revenue optimization, demand forecasting, segmentation, and experimentation. Prepares large datasets using Python or R and SQL, validates and documents models, and partners with data engineering teams on scalable pipelines and production deployment. Translates analytical findings into pricing recommendations, dashboards, and executive insights while supporting governance, monitoring, and analyst enablement.

Leads strategy, operating models, deployment standards, playbooks, and continuous improvement for hybrid and virtual veterinary care channels. Partners with medical, field, hospital, technology, finance, and client teams to expand access, scale digital care programs, improve workflows, monitor KPIs, and drive adoption. Uses analytics, feedback loops, pilots, and root-cause analysis to improve client, patient, associate, and hospital outcomes. The role is hybrid in Vancouver, WA or Santa Monica, CA, with travel up to 10%.

Leads Mars Veterinary Health’s North America employment law function and serves as senior legal advisor to VCA leadership. Responsibilities include managing the employment law center of excellence, advising on restructurings, investigations, acquisitions, contracts, terminations, immigration, labor compliance, and multijurisdictional matters. The role also develops legal teams, processes, training, playbooks, metrics, stakeholder relationships, and outside counsel strategies while supporting business priorities and risk management.

Leads Accounts Receivable Analysts across core AR and collections, owning team performance, service levels, balance accuracy, aging, escalations, internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Drives root-cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and process standardization while partnering with shared services, hospital teams, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and business stakeholders. Oversees sensitive associate receivables and collections matters, including payroll deductions and exception resolution.

Own and optimize VCA’s recruitment marketing engine across paid and organic channels, CRM, social media, email, career sites, and digital platforms. Measure candidate-funnel performance, conversion, ROI, and channel effectiveness; create reports and leadership presentations; develop campaign content and enablement materials; and partner with Talent Acquisition teams on hiring priorities, events, and local campaign activation.
