Assist in launching and maintaining venture capital firms globally, managing legal and operational matters while collaborating with partners and clients.

Serve as primary accounting authority for complex venture fund structures: approve waterfalls, carry accruals, capital allocations; coordinate audits/tax; lead and mentor fund accountants; partner with Product/Engineering to scale systems, controls, and migrations while defending technical accounting positions to senior stakeholders.

The Associate will support fundraising operations, LP research, and investment diligence at Decile Capital, handling internal workflows and aiding in operational efficiency during fundraising cycles.
