Own manufacturing and integration processes for spacecraft payload systems, including pharmaceutical hardware, experiments, and customer-furnished equipment. Develop work instructions, assembly procedures, acceptance tests, contamination controls, and traceable build records. Interface with customers, design engineers, and vehicle integration teams; provide DFM/DFA feedback, lead verification activities, resolve non-conformances, and coordinate payload readiness milestones.

Owns end-to-end manufacturing, assembly, integration, and verification processes for spacecraft payload systems. Develops work instructions, assembly travelers, process specifications, and acceptance tests; translates customer requirements into production processes; ensures cleanliness and contamination control; provides DFM/DFA feedback; leads inspections, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and MRB dispositions; and coordinates payload readiness with customers, design engineering, and vehicle integration teams.

Owns the architecture, design, manufacturing, testing, and operations of ground fluid systems for spacecraft programs. Leads propellant loading campaigns, establishes handling processes and technical standards, drives the ground fluids roadmap, supports launch-site coordination, mentors engineers, and resolves complex cross-functional technical issues. The role requires propulsion fluid systems expertise, P&ID proficiency, CAD and PLM experience, and familiarity with spacecraft-grade propellants and range safety requirements.
