Own the product strategy and execution for Vanta’s Commitments product, using AI and the Vanta Agent to automate contractual security commitment tracking. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, defining agentic product experiences, collaborating with marketing, sales, and account management on adoption, delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products, and shaping product culture. The role requires strong customer focus, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven prioritization, and 5+ years of product management experience.

Own Vanta’s self-serve activation and onboarding experience for startups and downmarket customers. Define an agentic AI onboarding vision, strategy, roadmap, operating model, and success metrics. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to optimize conversion, activation, handoffs, experimentation, product adoption, and time-to-value across Vanta’s security and compliance platform.

Lead the end-to-end activation experience for Vanta’s compliance platform, from strategy and customer discovery through shipped product. Define roadmaps, design AI-powered and agentic workflows, establish measurable outcomes, run experiments, and align cross-functional teams. The role also involves documenting strategy, leading multi-team initiatives, raising design quality, mentoring designers, and shaping reusable AI and growth patterns across Self-Serve.
