Build and maintain full-stack features for Vanta’s third-party risk management products, including vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, monitoring workflows, data models, and platform abstractions. Write tested code, participate in reviews and architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing functionality. Experience with TypeScript, React or Node.js, web applications, databases, and REST or GraphQL APIs is expected.

Own full-cycle engineering recruiting globally, partnering with senior engineering leaders on hiring strategy, assessment standards, sourcing, market intelligence, and offer closing. Use recruiting data to improve funnel health and hiring velocity, represent Vanta’s engineering talent brand, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role requires deep familiarity with technical roles, strong stakeholder influence, analytical thinking, and responsible use of AI.

Serve as a GRC subject matter expert on strategic and enterprise deal teams, supporting discovery, demos, POCs, workshops, customer onsites, and expansions. Advise prospects on multi-framework compliance, risk, privacy, trust, and governance programs. Validate AI-generated compliance responses, create enablement materials, train GTM teams, provide product feedback, and support post-sales handoffs. Travel approximately once per quarter.
