Supports senior schedulers with reviewing contractor baseline and monthly schedules, preparing Excel and Primavera P6 reports, creating earned value curves, and performing schedule QA/QC. Validates coding, layouts, reports, and logic ties while updating master program schedules with actual and forecast dates. Coordinates scheduling inputs across Facilities teams and project stakeholders.

Leads design management for college campus capital projects from planning through close-out and DSA certification. Coordinates architects, consultants, stakeholders, and capital program teams; oversees design deliverables, QA/QC, schedules, budgets, constructability, regulatory compliance, DSA reviews, and construction change directives. Requires extensive educational-facility design and construction experience, architectural licensure, and strong knowledge of DSA requirements.

Manages all phases of complex commercial and public or educational construction projects, including pre-construction, bidding, contractor coordination, budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, payments, agency coordination, and closeout. Oversees project compliance, construction quality, financial reporting, professional service agreements, and certification processes. Requires extensive construction or project management experience, including responsibility for projects exceeding $20 million.
