The Credit Risk Manager underwrites transactions, mitigates lending risks, and oversees compliance while interacting with clients and preparing reports.

Manage a commercial servicing team to deliver high-quality service across assigned market verticals; hire, train, coach and evaluate staff; partner with business units (deposit operations, treasury, product) to ensure consistent processes; implement process improvements; ensure BSA/OFAC compliance and complete required AML/BSA training.

Responsible for business development, client acquisition, managing portfolios, negotiating loan agreements, and ensuring proper loan closing processes.
