Shields non-processing surfaces on manufactured parts according to work orders, drawings, and specifications. Inspects incoming parts for damage, completes required paperwork, follows supervisor instructions, and safely handles hazardous materials in compliance with regulations. The role requires prolonged standing, use of safety glasses and other PPE, attention to detail, and work in a manufacturing environment subject to ITAR requirements.

The NDT Assistant participates in a training program for non-destructive testing (NDT) while working under supervision. They are responsible for observing NDT methods but cannot conduct tests or make any decisions regarding test results independently.

Assist EHS Specialist by identifying applicable environmental regulations and risks for metal finishing, interacting with Operations, Planning, QA and EHS Coordinator to implement compliance systems. Perform daily data entry, maintain logs/files and automated systems, provide administrative support, maintain work area, follow work instructions and safety procedures, and complete other assigned projects independently and accurately.
