Reviews customer specifications, establishes and optimizes manufacturing processes, oversees first article qualification, schedules new orders, creates work orders and technique cards, and performs gap analyses. Uses process-control tools to assess risk, coordinates cross-functional project teams, develops procedures and quality instructions, and manages project objectives, deadlines, tooling, throughput, and cost reduction initiatives.

Masks and shields part surfaces that do not require processing, following work orders, drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions. Inspects incoming parts for damage, completes required paperwork, and safely handles hazardous materials under applicable regulations. The role requires prolonged standing, use of safety glasses and other PPE, and effective visual, auditory, and tactile abilities in a manufacturing environment. Access to ITAR-regulated technical data requires verification of eligibility.
