Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill interim and project roles, manage opportunities from intake to fulfillment, maintain target account lists, conduct client meetings, monitor market and hiring trends, and achieve revenue targets.

Lead and develop a sales and recruitment team specializing in finance and accounting placements. Drive business development, hit sales and recruitment targets, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, use tracking technology, analyze team performance, implement best practices, and foster a high-performance culture.
