Develops, implements, maintains, tests, and troubleshoots software applications supporting company systems. Collaborates with business analysts and lead developers to analyze requirements, design solutions, document functionality, conduct code reviews, support QA and deployments, manage version-controlled code, and resolve production defects. The role participates in software development projects, communicates progress, and provides on-call night support.

Develop and support enterprise BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, governed datasets, data marts, and ETL/ELT processes. Translate business requirements into technical designs, perform data analysis and validation, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain documentation, governance, security, and data-quality standards. Lead-level candidates will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and coordinate complex initiatives and incidents.

Supports the Talent Development team by preparing training materials, organizing LMS content, tracking participation, compiling feedback, creating course communications, maintaining training records, generating basic reports, and providing administrative project support. The internship offers practical experience in learning and development, instructional design, HR practices, and employee development programs.
