As a Trial Attorney at USAA, you will provide legal representation in civil litigation for Property and Casualty claims, managing cases, appearing in court, and developing legal strategies.

Lead and manage multiple teams of trial attorneys and legal assistants providing P&C insurance defense. Drive operational improvements, implement metrics, training, and technology, analyze case trends and staffing needs, oversee office operations and leases, mentor attorneys, ensure compliance and risk controls, and occasionally try cases through appeal. Requires California residency and significant litigation and leadership experience.
