Investigate suspicious P&C claims using fraud schemes knowledge and investigative strategies. Collect evidence via interviews and databases, prepare reports, recommend outcomes, liaise with law enforcement and industry partners, support fraud prevention and training, and perform occasional fieldwork and CAT duty.

Represent USAA members and entities in Property & Casualty civil litigation. Manage a caseload through arbitration, trial, and possible appeal; prepare pleadings and trial materials; appear in court; negotiate settlements; advise claims teams; provide training; maintain legal research and trial-related technology skills; ensure compliance with risk policies.
