Partner with Relationship Managers to underwrite and manage commercial credit portfolios, grow revenue by closing and expanding client relationships, manage credit risk, respond to credit inquiries, support sales calls, and identify customer needs.

Develop and execute internal communications and sales enablement programs that inform, engage, and activate bankers and sales leaders. Create concise, audience-focused content (newsletters, talking points, FAQs, videos, leader toolkits), manage project timelines and approvals, monitor engagement metrics, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, accuracy, and brand consistency for product launches, initiatives, and sales readiness.

Supervise a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators, manage daily loan origination activities, meet loan volume goals, build referral relationships, recruit and develop staff, ensure timely collection of required loan documentation, and maintain mortgage industry knowledge and compliance (NMLS/SAFE Act).
