Build and maintain customer relationships by assessing banking needs, providing financial guidance, educating clients on deposit and loan products, and recommending solutions. Leads complex Treasury Management client implementations and cross-functional projects for high-revenue clients. Develops project plans, manages risks, timelines, resources, communications, and stakeholder alignment across Treasury Management, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Risk. Serves as a subject matter expert, resolves escalations, supports change management, mentors team members, and ensures regulatory and policy compliance while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

Develop and execute integrated, multichannel marketing programs, especially events, webinars, promotions, and related materials. Coordinate with sales, digital, activation, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver branded, compliant assets. Maintain marketing plans and calendars, support regulatory reviews, analyze performance data, monitor market trends, and recommend improvements. The role requires managing multiple events and initiatives on schedule and within budget while supporting customer growth, retention, and engagement.
