Build and run Upwind's GTM enablement function: create playbooks, onboarding, POV/POC motion, battlecards, and recurring training. Partner with RevOps, Sales, SE, CS, and Product Marketing to shorten ramp, drive adoption of GTM tools, measure enablement impact on ACV/win rates, and coach managers to improve pipeline and expansion outcomes.

Drive new business and enterprise logos through full sales cycle ownership: prospecting, pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, ROI/business-case creation, C-level and technical stakeholder engagement, partner/channel collaboration, contract negotiation, and close. Partner with technical teams to accelerate implementations and maintain disciplined forecasting and SFDC hygiene.

The Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, provide customer support, maintain documentation, and enhance skills for effective service delivery.
