Run on-site full production days (4–5/month) to film, capture multi-angle coverage, and edit long-form (5–15 min) YouTube episodes and repurposed shorts. Collaborate with host and marketing to structure episodes, direct on set, optimize pacing and retention, and develop channel formats and visual consistency.

Produce short-form, conversion-driven UGC (TikTok/Reels/paid ads) on-site at Upway UpCenters in NY or LA. Create consistent weekly videos that turn real customer scenarios into simple, compelling content to drive e-bike sellers, iterate on hooks and messaging based on performance.

Own the full partner lifecycle for the US West Coast: prospect, negotiate, onboard, and manage retail and OEM partners to source and close second-hand e-bike inventory. Drive high-volume outbound outreach, travel frequently to build relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet aggressive regional growth targets.

Serve as first point of contact for potential customers via email, chat, and phone; answer product questions, provide personalized bike/e-bike recommendations, drive conversions, contribute to knowledge base and training, coordinate with logistics for fulfillment, and report customer feedback to improve products and sales processes.
