Leads retail sales-floor operations by driving individual and store sales, engaging clients, coaching associates, and building customer relationships. Opens and closes the store, maintains visual and stockroom standards, monitors KPIs, supports training, and ensures strong customer service. Requires prior supervisory, keyholder, or assistant manager experience, flexible retail-hour availability, and proficiency with Apple products, G Suite, and omnichannel POS systems.

Provides customer service and personalized product recommendations on the sales floor, supports sales goals and cross-selling, maintains merchandising standards, replenishes products, assists with fitting rooms and customer service, and performs stocking and backroom tasks. Requires flexible availability for retail hours, including weekends and holidays, along with strong communication skills and basic sales knowledge.
