Provide specialized research support to investigators by developing research protocols, advising on project procedures and analysis techniques, and supervising segments of research such as data collection or data analysis.

Provide project management, customer service, and administrative support for Clinical Research Informatics: coordinate projects, manage data requests and tickets, ensure EMR data compliance, develop training/materials (REDCap/OpenSpecimen), maintain billing and account workflows, run audits, and support program reporting and policy implementation.

Provide quantitative analysis and data-driven insights to executive leadership. Extract, transform, and validate data; build visualizations, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports using Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel; ensure data security and compliance; collaborate with operational units to inform strategic decisions.
