Develop and validate embedded firmware for smart-home devices, sensors, remote controls, and HVAC products. Responsibilities include firmware architecture, coding, testing, debugging, device-driver development, requirements documentation, production support, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also mentors junior engineers, improves production efficiency, and optimizes performance, memory use, power management, and code reuse across bare-metal and RTOS environments.

Leads electrical hardware development for connected-home and consumer-electronics products from requirements and architecture through schematic design, prototyping, validation, regulatory support, and high-volume production. Designs digital, analog, mixed-signal, power, battery, sensor, display, audio, infrared, and wireless-support circuitry. Performs debugging, reliability testing, root-cause analysis, design reviews, component qualification, PCB guidance, manufacturing support, and technical leadership while collaborating with global teams, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering groups.
