Own general ledger accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and close activities across multi-entity environments. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory and fixed asset processes, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements and system implementations.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable across multiple entities: process invoices and employee expenses, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, support month-end close and year-end audits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely payments.

Lead revenue accounting for student-related transactions, ensuring ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP compliance. Analyze complex revenue activity, manage system integrations (Anthology Student/ERP), perform reconciliations, prepare regulatory and audit support, improve processes and controls, and collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Finance, Operations, and IT to resolve discrepancies.
