Support the TRAC+ Closing team by ensuring compliance with state-specific closing and escrow requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to meet licensing requirements, collaborate with team leaders, manage deadlines, and help close loans accurately and on time. The role is fully onsite in San Diego and includes one week of training in Michigan.
