Provide high-touch executive support to the People team: manage complex email and Outlook calendars, coordinate interviews and events, pull Workday reports, book travel and expenses, maintain candidate database, post jobs, and manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced office environment.

Provide transactional legal support for motion picture deals: draft, review, and negotiate talent, production, financing, distribution, rights and option agreements; advise agents and executives on deal strategy; foster client relationships and manage risk with strong business judgment.

Support the Director of Legal Operations by organizing legal documentation, maintaining contract templates, managing outside counsel billing, assisting with litigation support and discovery, contributing to budget and accrual reviews, and driving process improvements across the Legal department.
