Executes external, internal, and corporate communications for UTA Sports Group and its clients. Secures media coverage, develops pitches and messaging, manages press materials, coordinates interviews and events, tracks media placements, and maintains communications systems. Collaborates with agents, executives, marketing, and social teams to promote clients, announcements, partnerships, and business initiatives across sports, entertainment, business, lifestyle, and news media.

Executes public relations, media relations, and internal and corporate communications for UTA’s Sports Group and clients. Responsibilities include pitching and securing media coverage, developing press releases and messaging, coordinating interviews and events, managing media databases and calendars, tracking placements, and collaborating with agents, executives, marketing, and social teams. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, relationship-building, and sports and entertainment media experience.

Manages client accounting for an assigned entertainment department, including booking data, payment processing, invoicing, statements, tax matters, revenue recognition, reporting, forecasting, and collections support. The role partners with agents, assistants, clients, cash management, and external counterparts to ensure accurate, timely transactions and compliance. It also monitors quality metrics, improves booking processes, handles high transaction volumes, and builds confidential stakeholder relationships.
