Participate in a structured sales development program focused on trench safety equipment rentals. Train alongside sales and operations teams, complete outbound campaigns, use sales and inventory systems, negotiate rental agreements, develop customer relationships, track performance, and prepare for promotion to Outside Sales Representative. The role includes coaching, jobsite ride-alongs, account strategy development, and branch-based training.

Serves as a branch-based customer contact for equipment rentals and contractor supplies. Processes quotes, reservations, contracts, and rental accounts; negotiates pricing; dispatches deliveries; manages customer expectations; generates leads; re-engages inactive accounts; and supports showroom merchandising while delivering strong customer service and branch sales growth.

Sells trench safety equipment and supplies to contractors across a defined territory. Responsibilities include growing revenue, managing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations and training, developing sales strategies, generating new business, cross-selling rental services, supporting equipment installation, and maintaining a sales pipeline in CRM tools. The role also delivers Competent Person and Confined Space Training classes and requires strong safety awareness, sales skills, and construction industry knowledge.
