The Operations Supervisor will coordinate service delivery, supervise staff, ensure safety compliance, improve branch efficiency, and support sales and customer service activities.

Sell equipment and services to customers in a defined territory by prospecting, building relationships, qualifying accounts, creating sales plans, collaborating with specialty divisions, presenting solutions, using Salesforce/CRM to manage pipeline, and monitoring market and competitor activity.

Perform manual branch tasks including inspecting, cleaning, loading/unloading, preparing and demonstrating rental equipment, driving delivery trucks for pick-up/drop-off, and supporting technicians and sales staff while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

As Operations Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in achieving financial goals, oversee operations including sales efforts, performance management, staff training, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Serve as branch customer consultant: quote, sell, and fulfill equipment rentals; open accounts; dispatch deliveries; generate and pass leads; warm-call dormant accounts; maintain showroom; provide excellent customer service and support branch sales growth.

The Equipment Associate prepares customer orders, maintains trench safety equipment, assists with deliveries, verifies delivery accuracy, and provides customer support.

Perform manual branch tasks: inspect, clean, load/unload and prepare rental equipment; demonstrate and checkout equipment; drive delivery truck; assist technicians and support customer service while following safety procedures.

Sell and promote underground trench safety equipment within a defined territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations and training, prepare sales plans, drive revenue through new and existing accounts, install equipment as needed, deliver Competent Person and Confined Space training, and manage opportunity pipeline using CRM tools.

Participate in a structured Sales Development Program: train at a local branch, shadow sales and operations, run outbound campaigns, master sales tools (CRM, inventory systems, mobile apps), lead customer negotiations and equipment sales, track performance, receive coaching and ride-alongs, and progress toward promotion to Outside Sales Representative.

Perform manual branch tasks to prepare trench safety equipment for rental: assemble, load/unload, inspect equipment, verify tickets, assist customers, and support deliveries while following safety procedures.

Manage national account relationships in California, grow revenue and market share, coordinate with branch networks, prospect and qualify large projects/accounts, deliver business reviews, use CRM tools, and support regional sales teams.

Sell and promote trench safety equipment to construction and industrial customers within a geographic territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, provide product demonstrations and training (including Competent Person and Confined Space), prepare sales plans, collaborate with rental teams, install equipment as needed, and manage pipeline using Salesforce/CRM. Meet revenue targets through base salary plus commission.
