Designs and oversees trimester-based K-8 enrichment programs (arts, STEM, athletics), recruits and supervises instructors/volunteers, manages enrollment, scheduling, logistics, provides instructional support and substitute teaching, supervises students, supports school events, and maintains safe, structured learning environments aligned with the school's Christian mission.

Provide administrative and advancement support: manage donor database and donation records, assist with email campaigns and mailings, process expenditures and requisitions, support front office/telephone/email operations, greet visitors, maintain confidentiality, and complete assigned projects. Role requires modeling Christian values and compliance with school faith statements plus required health and background clearances.

Provide instructional support for K-12 students, assist teachers with classroom tasks, model Christian values and follow the school's Statement of Faith, communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks independently, and maintain required health and background clearances and certifications.
