Designs and oversees trimester-based K-8 enrichment programs (arts, STEM, athletics), recruits and supervises instructors/volunteers, manages enrollment, scheduling, logistics, provides instructional support and substitute teaching, supervises students, supports school events, and maintains safe, structured learning environments aligned with the school's Christian mission.

The Director of Finance oversees financial and accounting functions, leading budgeting, reporting, and compliance efforts while collaborating with key stakeholders for strategic decision-making.

The HR Administrator manages recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compliance while ensuring a positive Christian work environment aligned with the Academy's values.
