Analyzes healthcare-related data to produce reports, visualizations, and actionable insights for customers and internal stakeholders. Uses SQL and Excel to extract and supplement data, creates presentations, supports dashboard and DaaS product testing, and collaborates with product management and data engineering teams. The role also contributes to peer review, problem-solving, and ongoing development of analytical and data storytelling capabilities.

Own strategic relationships and outcomes across complex customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, analyze platform data, mitigate risks, lead executive meetings and escalations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and advocate for customer needs. The role requires supporting healthcare or government customers, improving workflows through change management, translating data into action, and serving as a resource to peers. This is a remote U.S. role limited to Ohio residents with up to 30% travel.

Own retention and expansion for strategic enterprise accounts in Nebraska. Build C-suite relationships, create multi-year account plans, negotiate complex renewals and upsells, analyze platform utilization to produce ROI, lead cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption and outcomes, forecast revenue, run executive business reviews, and mentor peers. Requires senior customer success experience and travel up to 30%.
