Serve as primary client-facing project manager for installation and labor services: assess job sites, prepare floor plans and budgets, coordinate with installation/field crews and technical services, manage change orders and punch lists, ensure timely documentation and billing, support inventory pulls, attend meetings and trainings, and maintain strong client relationships to expand services.

Design and produce furniture plans, 3D renderings, and specifications for contract furniture. Lead large projects and bids, review DSRs with stakeholders, generate installation and as-built drawings, manage project files, create J-box/Data ACAD plans, produce budgetary pricing and order-ready specs, ensure code and ADA compliance, double-check work, and mentor junior designers.

Lead ancillary scope across projects: develop lookbooks, layouts, 3D/AI renderings, and complete ancillary specifications. Support client meetings, ROM pricing, procurement, installations, vendor relationships, and maintain ancillary standards and sample libraries.
