Provides overnight bilingual customer support by processing orders, recommending products, answering account, pricing, shipping, and product questions, building customer relationships, resolving issues, and helping customers use Uline’s website and online ordering tools.

Lead operations for a 2M sq ft campus and 700+ employees, driving strategy, performance, data-driven improvements, audits, and cross-functional alignment to ensure high service levels and talent development.

Spend a paid summer working alongside account managers to support sales growth across a territory. Conduct one-on-one customer visits, deliver presentations and business solutions, participate in sales training and team meetings, and receive mentoring. On-site, full-time role with phone and car allowance and potential full-time hire after graduation.
