Provides enterprise leadership across underwriting support, premium audit, and billing. Owns operating strategy, workforce and capacity planning, expense management, operational controls, premium integrity, compliance, service quality, and enterprise transformation. Leads geographically dispersed and offshore teams, develops leadership and succession strategies, drives continuous improvement, resolves escalations, and advises executives on operational and financial performance.

Leads commercial insurance rate filings and actuarial pricing capabilities across lines of business. Manages actuarial tools, data, governance, peer review, regulatory communications, and process improvements. Partners with underwriting, product, compliance, and business enablement teams to support profitable growth and ensure accurate, compliant filings. Develops and manages actuarial staff, oversees analysts, communicates technical findings, and provides quantitative recommendations and risk assessments.

Supports quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, SEC filings, disclosures, investment reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and GAAP compliance. Assists with SOX controls, audits, accounting standards implementation, financial analysis, process improvements, system testing, and finance transformation initiatives. Collaborates with Finance, Actuarial, Investments, FP&A, IT, and other teams while mentoring colleagues and maintaining accurate, timely reporting.
