Develops and improves property and casualty insurance products by researching market trends, regulations, competitors, and bureau programs. Evaluates coverage, drafts policy forms, supports regulatory filings, contributes to strategic product roadmaps, and provides product guidance to underwriting, claims, pricing, compliance, and other teams. The role also analyzes product performance, communicates recommendations, articulates system requirements, and mentors Product Analysts.

Leads the talent acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, full-cycle hiring, team leadership, workforce planning, sourcing, metrics, compliance, vendor relationships, recruiting technology, and candidate experience. Partners with senior leaders and hiring managers to address workforce needs, fill critical positions, improve recruiting operations, and provide hiring performance insights. Requires substantial talent acquisition leadership experience, including property and casualty insurance recruiting.

Price new and renewal reinsurance business, partnering with underwriters, catastrophe modeling, and claims teams. Maintain experience and exposure rating tools, update parameters, develop pricing recommendations, and assist with premium forecasting for quarterly reserving. The role requires actuarial exam progression, strong technical and analytical skills, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Reinsurance pricing experience and knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools are advantageous.
