Own renewal execution strategy, retention and recurring revenue growth, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and strategic account alignment. Coach and develop quota-carrying professionals, manage performance and change initiatives, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Enablement, and executive leadership to reduce churn and streamline commercial processes.
