Lead intermodal account operations strategy and manage US/MX teams to drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and customer obsession. Translate business goals into roadmaps, allocate resources, solve customer and internal pain points, build a data-driven continuous improvement culture, influence stakeholders, present to senior executives, and develop high-performing teams while identifying new business opportunities.

Serve as primary customer contact for intermodal shipments, monitor and update shipment status in the system, manage customer and carrier communications, maintain rates in the TMS, handle accounts receivable and billing accuracy, and build relationships to meet operational metrics.
