Provides global HR administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing employee documentation, supporting employee relations case intake, maintaining confidential records, coordinating employment and regulatory documentation, tracking follow-ups, assisting with audits, generating HR reports, resolving data discrepancies, and partnering with HR stakeholders across multiple countries.

Leads the platform development organization, including software engineering, architecture, platform modernization, cloud adoption, AI-enabled capabilities, and enterprise solution delivery. Establishes development standards, SDLC readiness gates, CI/CD workflows, security practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees architects, managers, and software engineers while managing resources, risks, and escalations. Requires extensive Microsoft technology, Azure, software architecture, regulated-environment validation, and people leadership experience.

Provides strategic legal counsel on clinical trials, commercial biopharma services, healthcare regulation, privacy, data protection, and EU employment matters. Advises on GDPR, HIPAA, clinical data use, cross-border transfers, privacy impact assessments, contracts, workforce initiatives, works councils, and regulatory developments. Partners with clinical, commercial, HR, compliance, technology, and senior leadership teams while supporting privacy program implementation and risk management.

Leads sales operations strategy, analytics, technology management, lead-generation processes, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional sales and marketing initiatives. Builds dashboards, predictive models, and data solutions; evaluates AI and technology platforms; ensures lead handoff effectiveness; advises senior leadership; manages vendor technology delivery; and maintains sales, demand-generation, and experience databases.

Partners with senior leaders and employees on HR strategy, employee relations, employment-law compliance, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, engagement, succession planning, onboarding, training, and performance management. Leads change initiatives, investigations, calibration discussions, and people programs while promoting an ethical, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
