Lead strategy and roadmap for a Platform Core Engineering area, partnering with engineering and ML teams to build developer-facing platform capabilities. Own adoption, metrics, launches, migrations, and cross-team alignment. Champion hands-on use of modern AI developer tools and ensure the platform serves diverse developer personas.

Own end-to-end localization operations across 29 languages: manage vendors, content workflows, quality assurance (LQA), testing, linguistic assets, and launch execution. Monitor and improve translation quality, build localization metrics and reports, influence upstream content processes, and implement process and tooling improvements.

Lead discovery product efforts across search, browse, and live feed to help viewers find and connect with creators. Define recommendation requirements, partner with ML, design, and engineering, run experiments, measure impact, and own the discovery roadmap to improve ranking, relevance, and viewer retention.
