Teams at Twenty Four Seven Hotels

Oversee accounting operations for two hotels, including income audits, cash management, revenue reconciliation, accounts receivable, billing, collections, chargebacks, month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Partner with hotel leaders and Corporate Finance to resolve discrepancies, strengthen controls, ensure policy compliance, and improve financial performance. Periodic travel between the two properties is required.

Supports HR operations across corporate and hotel locations, including onboarding, HRIS transactions, workforce records, communications, timekeeping, payroll coordination, leaves, workers’ compensation, safety compliance, recruiting administration, vendors, and office operations. Maintains accurate, audit-ready documentation, coordinates associate experiences and events, responds to employee requests, tracks risks and deadlines, and supports HR systems and compliance activities.

Supports business intelligence reporting, enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, user requests, documentation, process mapping, workflow automation, testing, and project coordination. The intern validates dashboard and report data, documents metrics and systems, creates user guides and training materials, assists with access and equipment processes, and escalates security or operational risks. The role provides hands-on experience supporting technology and analytics across a corporate office and hotel portfolio.
