Leads high-volume, multi-state payroll operations for a multi-property hotel management company. Oversees biweekly payroll processing, payroll tax and wage compliance, reconciliations, W-2 and 1095 reporting, benefits-related payroll administration, audits, reporting, system configuration, hotel onboarding and offboarding, associate pay issue resolution, and process improvements. Partners with Finance, People Resources, property leaders, vendors, auditors, and regulatory agencies to maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready payroll operations.

Drive revenue and profitability across an assigned portfolio of up to five hotels through strategic prospecting, client visits, networking, and negotiation. Manage multi-property, multi-brand relationships, align pricing and revenue strategies with leadership, monitor market and competitor activity, and perform regular local travel to support in-market sales and events within the Inland Empire.

Assist housekeeping by stocking and transporting linens, cleaning guest rooms and common areas (restrooms, pool, fitness), removing trash, reporting repairs, maintaining cleanliness standards, responding to guest requests, and performing deep cleaning and floor care. Follow uniform and appearance standards and support guest satisfaction initiatives.

Perform housekeeping support duties including stocking linen, transporting soiled linen, cleaning restrooms, pool and exercise areas, trash removal, sweeping/waxing/deep cleaning floors, cleaning windows/mirrors, reporting maintenance needs, and responding to guest requests to maintain guest satisfaction.
