Lead design management for medium-to-large K–12 school projects: coordinate architects/consultants, ensure compliance with LAUSD and DSA standards, manage budgets/schedules, conduct design reviews, select architectural teams, document decisions, and support community outreach and cross-department coordination through project handoff.

Manage large capital construction projects, report financial data, analyze costs, and coordinate with project teams. Prepare invoicing and cost reports, ensuring data accuracy and trend analysis.

The Senior Project Controls Manager will oversee project milestones, coordinate parties, manage risks, and ensure compliance on large-scale construction projects, especially focusing on aviation-related tasks.
