The Senior Mechanical Integration & Test Engineer will design and improve manufacturing processes for spacecraft, troubleshoot issues, manage projects, ensure quality, and mentor team members.

Lead sourcing and procurement for hardware production, managing the full procurement lifecycle from RFQ/RFP through PO execution, delivery tracking, and invoice resolution. Negotiate supplier terms, develop strategic agreements, monitor supplier performance, partner with Engineering and Quality on new-component sourcing and ECOs, maintain ERP/MRP data integrity, and improve purchasing SOPs to mitigate supply chain risk.

Lead the thermal design, analysis, testing, and implementation of satellite systems, mentoring junior engineers and maximizing satellite capabilities.
