Develop and shoot 5-10 short social videos weekly for DTC brands (often fast iPhone B-roll), perform on-camera UGC-style work, write engaging scripts, use performance data to iterate, and manage multiple projects while collaborating with production, casting, styling, and post teams.

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of video production, coordinating pre-production, on-set operations, logistics, and post-production, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Design, deploy, and maintain production AI workflows and infrastructure. Build LLM-powered applications, multi-step agentic pipelines, serverless services, and integrations. Own deployments on Vercel/cloud, CI/CD, monitoring, secrets, and reliability. Enable cross-functional teams, debug escalations, prototype new tools, and drive AI initiatives end-to-end.
