Develops and manages customer quotes by reviewing RFQs, drawings, specifications, bills of material, and manufacturing data. Calculates labor and material costs, projects yields, evaluates design and contract changes, coordinates multi-plant pricing, and collaborates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and suppliers. Uses quoting software and customer portals to prepare accurate pricing and support business opportunities.

Supports finance process automation by analyzing workflows, preparing and transforming data, developing and testing automation solutions, reconciling outputs, troubleshooting errors, and documenting processes. The role collaborates with finance stakeholders, IT, and other departments to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities also include user acceptance testing, issue resolution, workflow support, user training, and adherence to controls for sensitive financial data.

Support bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly payroll processing for a defined population: data entry, timekeeping review, off-cycle adjustments, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, W-2 support, and employee payroll inquiries under senior guidance.
