Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and Proxy disclosures with ASC 718 ownership. Perform equity-related accounting, month-end close tasks, technical GAAP research, SOX control documentation, system optimization (Workiva/Oracle EPM), automation initiatives, and audit coordination. Partner with HR, Legal, Treasury, and Tax on equity plan design and valuation.

The Pre-Production Manufacturing Planner releases manufacturing instructions, verifies accuracy of job documentation, and implements engineering changes, ensuring processes meet customer specifications.
