Create character reference sheets, props, environments, and visual assets for animated series. Establish cohesive visual languages, design rules, and visual storytelling systems across varied styles. Collaborate with showrunners, writers, animators, AI filmmakers, and creative leads; translate scripts and creative direction into clear references; iterate quickly; and optimize assets for AI image- and video-generation workflows.

Develops and oversees original animated kids and family series from concept through production and release. Responsibilities include evaluating pitches and intellectual property, collaborating with writers and designers, shaping story and visual direction, providing production and post-production notes, managing creative decisions across multiple projects, and identifying franchise opportunities. The role also contributes to slate strategy, creative standards, and the use of emerging AI media technologies.

Coordinate multiple film and series productions from development through release by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, budgets, invoices, contracts, deliverables, and risks. The role coordinates creative teams, freelancers, vendors, and production partners; communicates priorities and status updates to leadership; supports onboarding; and builds scalable organizational systems for a growing studio slate.

Compose and edit original scores, themes, and songs for series and films; place and adapt music to picture; collaborate with showrunners, editors, and sound designers; deliver production-ready stems and mixes; iterate quickly using AI music-generation workflows.

Write and develop original episodic content across genres, collaborating with showrunners and writers to produce outlines, scripts, and revisions on fast production timelines while using AI tools to accelerate brainstorming and development.

Translate scripts, storyboards, and shot lists into polished visual sequences using AI-native tools. Create storyboards, compositions, and animated shots; execute cinematic framing, camera movement, pacing, and continuity; iterate rapidly on feedback; maintain visual consistency across characters and environments; collaborate with editors and showrunners and help refine AI production workflows.

Edit short-form episodes and visual content using AI-generated footage and traditional assets. Assemble sequences from scripts and storyboards, shape pacing and narrative clarity, integrate narration, music, SFX and subtitles, add basic motion graphics, maintain consistency, organize project files, prepare final exports, and collaborate with AI filmmakers and showrunners to refine post-production workflows.

Design, build, and optimize end-to-end generative AI workflows for image and video production. Integrate ControlNet variants, manage model/versioning and LoRA stacks, create repeatable shot templates, test new tools/models, present findings, and act as a technical resource across creative teams while building external R&D presence.
