Builds production lines, facilities, equipment, teams, and processes; partners with engineering, programs, and facilities on capacity, quality, testing, and production readiness. Establishes manufacturing and test operations, develops organizational talent, and transitions mature lines to ongoing production and continuous improvement.

Leads machine shop production engineering for machined spacecraft components, from raw material through inspection and high-rate production. Responsibilities include manufacturing planning, CNC process optimization, equipment selection and qualification, capacity planning, first-article inspections, new-product introduction, tooling and fixture development, design-for-manufacturability reviews, quality corrective actions, supply coordination, and technical mentorship.

Leads environmental graphic design for workplaces, R&D spaces, customer environments, events, exhibits, and installations. Translates brand identity into physical and digital experiences, develops spatial narratives and design systems, and manages concepts through fabrication and installation. Prepares production documentation, evaluates materials and fabrication methods, collaborates with architects, contractors, vendors, and agencies, and supports site surveys and installations. Builds scalable environmental brand standards while balancing creative quality, budgets, schedules, and production constraints.
